Are your products made in the US?
Yes, we are American made. 🇺🇸 We are currently based in Las Vegas, NV.

Do you test on animals?
At Skin Champagne, we value all forms of life, therefore we do not test on animals. 🐰

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 12 months. Keep in mind, if kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer.

SHIPPING

SKIN CHAMPAGNE currently ships to the 50 states.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All domestic orders up to $40.00 ship for $7.00
FREE US Ground Shipping on all orders over $40.00: (2-7 business days)
We apologize but at this time SKIN CHAMPAGNE cannot ship orders to a P.O. box.

DAMAGES:
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at honey@getskinchampagne.com We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the damaged product may be required.

LOST PACKAGES:
For your protection, all of our packages are shipped with signature confirmation for delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered and signed for as delivered.

If your package is missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with our shipping carrier to attempt to locate the package.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & PROCESSING

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you were unsatisfied with your SKIN CHAMPAGNE purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days following the delivery of your order. Contact customer care to initiate your return or exchange at SUPPORT@GETSKINCHAMPAGNE.COM

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Credit card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If you are shipping the product to our fulfillment center, please allow 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

PROCESSING

Processing takes 2 to 5 business days (and orders placed after 1:00 pm ET are processed the next business day). You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska might experience a few extra days in shipping. Shipping to these states takes about 10-14 business days.

The carrier may take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updated or working after 1-2 business days, please reach out to us at SUPPORT@GETSKINCHAMPAGNE.COM
